Description

Located on the site of Portland's city dump, this lovely little oasis of green in the midst of an industrial are of North Portland is named for the chimney of the trash incinerator that used to be located here. The former main building of the dump now houses Portland's city archives. Besides the 16 acres of pleasant park and a number of trails, the other main attraction here is a popular off-leash dog run.
